The Executive Project Delivery Manager plays a key role in overseeing and delivering a range of strategic procurement and property projects that align with the Department’s objectives. This includes developing business cases, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with key teams within the Procurement and Property Services Branch, predominantly policy and governance, analytics and systems to drive efficiencies, support policy changes, and ensure successful project outcomes.
You will have the ability to translate policy changes into system or reporting requirements within procurement systems. You will also have the ability to navigate and manage complex stakeholder relationships, balancing different perspectives and expectations while maintaining project timelines. Additionally, staying up to date with evolving legislative and government requirements in procurement and property services is essential to ensure compliance and effective delivery of services and the preparation of critical documents.
