The role

As Digital Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing and supporting ITSM ServiceNow applications, You’ll contribute technical expertise, assist with testing, and deploy system changes—all while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and availability.

 

This role is all about ensuring smooth operations across digital platforms like ServiceNow, intranet, and web-based systems. You'll contribute technical expertise, assist with system testing, improve forms, and help publish content—all while responding to support requests and maintaining system availability. It's a chance to deliver real impact by supporting both daily operations and ongoing projects.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience operating in a Service Desk environment using the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Technical expertise to support and improve IT systems while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes by balancing competing priorities effectively.
