About the role
The Asset Maintenance Officer manages the effective and efficient delivery of the Office’s maintenance program. The role supports the Manager, Asset Maintenance and Facility Management and Asset Maintenance Coordinator to ensure asset maintenance activities are planned and executed as intended.

Experience collating data, compiling reports, preparing documentation, maintaining databases, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.

Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
