  • Multiple vacancies available: 2x ongoing/permanent roles available and 1x temporary role until end January 2026
  • Full time roles, with consideration for part time candidates
  • Office location – Parramatta, Newcastle or Orange with flexible working considered
  • Generous remuneration package. Salary ranges from $125,693 to $138,510 + superannuation + annual leave loading

The role
As a Senior People Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping workforce strategy and delivering expert HR advice that helps teams navigate change, optimise performance, and achieve impactful business outcomes.

You’ll build trusted relationships across the organisation, working closely with leaders to design and implement strategic HR solutions that tackle today’s workforce challenges and anticipate tomorrow’s needs.

As a valued advisor to internal stakeholders, you’ll guide them through complex change, case management, and employee transitions—ensuring every step aligns with legislation, policy, and best practice.

Your ability to communicate with influence, collaborate effectively, and thrive in an evolving HR landscape will be essential to your success.

  • Provide expert strategic and technical HR advice
  • Support leaders to manage their people and deliver change and business outcomes
  • Coordinate, develop, and implement strategic HR solutions
  • Lead and manage case management activities
