- Salary ranges from $125,693 to $138,510 (depending on experience) + superannuation + leave loading
About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will support the delivery of projects within the Data and Systems program.
You will assist is gathering and documenting business requirement, facilitating discussion between stakeholders and technical teams and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure business needs are understood and are translated into fit for purpose project scope and effective solution deliverables
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience in delivering business analysis services as part of large IT projects. You will have strong business analysis capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence, along with knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Key Accountabilities
- The role plays a key part in shaping and enhancing digital services, including mobile and web applications, to ensure they meet user needs and align with strategic objectives.
- The Senior Business Analyst will also work across multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of intuitive, accessible, and secure digital platforms that improve user experience and service delivery outcomes.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications and relevant professional certification such as quality or project management and/or relevant extensive experience in business analysis, project management and business improvement initiatives.
