The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join the Digital Information Office and support a range of key digital initiatives. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business and technical teams—helping shape digital solutions that enable critical government services and deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will lead the documentation and analysis of business processes, facilitate workshops with end users, and translate requirements into functional specifications that inform solution design and delivery. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of platforms such as Salesforce, Power Platform, Azure Integration, and others by identifying optimisation opportunities, driving user adoption, and ensuring alignment with technical standards. You will also review design and testing deliverables, provide expert guidance to stakeholders, and play a key role in supporting agile, user-focused delivery across the department.
