- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $125,693 to $138,510 + super
Seize the opportunity to shine as a Senior Project Officer in the Business Delivery division of National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS), within the high-energy Executive Services and Priority Projects Unit!
This role will empower you to lead transformative business improvement projects like the Critical ICT Program, Fee Reform, Budget and Service Delivery and more, guiding dynamic project teams to create strategic, user-focused change and engagement plans.
About You
You’ll ignite excitement and build confidence with robust change and engagement plans and persuasive communications, inspiring internal teams to embrace innovative processes and modern work practices. Additionally, you’ll provide top-tier executive services, foster collaboration and driving a ‘one-team’ ethos to the Business Delivery leadership and delivering service-focused solutions that elevate NPWS operations.
Essential Requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent, relevant professional experience.
- Project management skills and experience with an understanding of contemporary best practice in procurement, tendering and contract preparation, in managing project teams, consultants and contractors, and in applying environmental safety and risk management policies and systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and reviewing strategic plans, policies and programs, and in providing strategic and operational advice and recommendations to senior management.
