The role
As a Systems Support Officer, you’ll be hands-on with the EGRC system—keeping it running smoothly, helping teams across the organisation manage risk, audit, and compliance data, and making sure reporting tools like Power BI are delivering clear insights. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how risk is understood and managed, supporting training and building capability across the cluster.
The role comes with the challenge of driving consistent practices and cultural change in a complex environment. You’ll need to juggle priorities, stay across industry standards, and work closely with stakeholders to improve how information is shared and used. It’s all about making the system work better for everyone and helping the organisation stay ahead of risk.

You’ll have the chance to sharpen your database and reporting capabilities and grow your project management experience through upcoming module refreshes. If you're proactive, tech-savvy, and ready to make an impact, this role is your chance to do just that.
