  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $148,230 to $162,682 + super

 

We are seeking expressions of interest for a short-term acting opportunity as Manager, ILUA Delivery for a period of three months.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs), ensuring culturally respectful engagement, and delivering outcomes that align with organisational and Native Title Holder priorities.

Knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering a program of works to a high standard and within time and budgetary constraints.
  • Extensive experience in building and leading a high performing team.
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge of the State Heritage Register listing process under the Heritage Act 1977 and Aboriginal Place listing, repatriation and conservation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, and/or monitoring, evaluating and reporting (MER), and/or stakeholder engagement and consultation.
  • Broad understanding of government and public administration, legislative processes and protocols, particularly as it relates to heritage management, conservation and native title.

 

Essential requirements

  • Driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently to various locations across NSW.
