The role
This role will primarily support the Secretariat function for the Board and its committees, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. You’ll be the go-to person for high-level board and administration support—coordinating meetings, managing records, and making sure communication flows efficiently across teams and stakeholders. It’s a hands-on position where your organisation skills and attention to detail really shine.
You’ll be juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines to meet Secretariat requirements. This requires maintaining composure in high-pressure situations, exercising sound judgement when handling sensitive information, and demonstrating agility in adapting to shifting priorities.

What you will bring to the role
- Experience in a governance, secretariat or high level executive support role.
- Experience supporting boards and/or committees.
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
