The role

As a People Systems Administrator, your primary focus will be on delivering exemplary customer service and specialist advice, ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of people systems within the department. You'll manage daily tasks that enhance system functionality, meet customer expectations, and optimize business outcomes, all while working closely with your team and various stakeholders. You will be part of a team of specialists who strive to support both daily operations and strategic growth by delivering scalable, people-centric solutions.

 

You will be responsible for supporting the daily operation and administration of the department's people systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors and PageUp to ensure it meets both operational demands and future-focused initiatives. As a subject matter expert, you’ll address operational and technical support challenges, ensuring all queries are resolved within agreed timeframes, monitor, investigate and resolve system integration issues between various people systems. Additionally, you will partner and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop system improvements as well as provide recommendations on future enhancements to support the continued service delivery to our clients in a fast paced, high-volume environment.  Your role will involve creating and updating system processes, procedures, and support documentation, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the department.

About you

  • Proven experience in administering and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Learning and Performance modules, and knowledge of PageUp within People & Culture System or Technology team. Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems, including managing user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating system enhancements within a complex organisational environment.
  • Ability to create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for all people system changes.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Enjoy autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads.
  • Collaborative and user-focused, with a proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.
