Heritage NSW is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our Customer Service Branch for a seven-week period, from 13 October to 28 November 2025.
Position Details: Business Support Officer, Heritage NSW Environment Officer Grade 4 OR 6 (Please note that there is only 1 role available. This temporary appointment is open to either grade 4 or grade 6 as an at level opportunity)
Duration: 6 weeks from Monday 20 October to Friday 28 November 2025
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
You’ll be involved in managing invoices and payments, coordinating equipment requests, supporting our library uploads, and providing general administrative support, all essential to delivering high-quality service to our team and stakeholders.
We’re a small but busy team that values respect, collaboration, and recognising the contributions of every team member.

About You
You thrive on providing high quality, diverse support services, and you are highly organised, detail oriented, and adaptable. Previous experience in an administrative role will help you hit the ground running.
