About the role
In this role, you will support the development and implementation of innovative student, school and visitor education and Discovery guided tour programs, in partnership with internal and external suppliers to achieve sustainable visitation, increased knowledge of NPWS’ natural, cultural and heritage assets, and to enhance the overall visitor experience.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and adaptable education or tourism professional with experience supporting the development of engaging learning experiences across schools, and visitors. Skilled in using contemporary interpretation methodologies and digital technologies, you bring a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to promoting environmental awareness and cultural and historic heritage. With a keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously improve programs through data analysis and stakeholder engagement, you’re dedicated to enhancing the visitor experience within NSW’s iconic national parks.
