We are currently seeking an experienced valuation professional to join our leadership team as the Executive Director, Commercial Valuations and Assurance.

You’ll be considered a leader in the valuation field - operationally and importantly, technically - and play a pivotal part in shaping the integrity and performance of land and asset valuation services across the state. You’ll drive excellence in the delivery of:

With a focus on continuous improvement, assurance, and strategic alignment, you will provide expert advice to executive leadership, champion innovation in valuation practices, and foster strong relationships across government portfolios with the aim of building and maintaining public confidence in the NSW valuation system. You will also act as the primary escalation point for complex and highly sensitive operational issues. This role is central to enabling informed decision-making, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring the transparency and quality of valuation services that underpin critical government property transactions.
