- Parramatta, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle office locations preferred, and other NSW office locations will be considered with hybrid working supported
- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $97,027 to $107,509 + superannuation + leave loading
Our dynamic Organisational Development team is currently seeking to appoint an Organisational Development Advisor. You will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement, development, and recognition programs that help people thrive across the Department.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the design and rollout of initiatives that boost employee experience—like engagement surveys, talent management processes and recognition programs. You’ll play a key part in building a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
This role will:
- Provide project support to the Organisational Development team including monitoring project plans and tracking progress and deliverables.
- Undertake basic research and analysis on employee experience, culture and performance development activities
- Produce regular reports in Excel and PowerPoint using data sourced from SuccessFactors and Qualtrics
- Assist with the design and delivery of employee experience and employee engagement surveys
About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills – able to clearly express ideas and information in both written reports and verbal updates, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Have strong attention to detail – ensures accuracy in data, documents, and communications, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Have an analytical mindset – enjoys working with data, with some experience in collecting, interpreting, and presenting insights to support decision-making.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – comfortable creating spreadsheets, charts, and presentations to support reporting and engagement activities.
- Be organised and proactive – able to provide reliable administrative support, including coordinating project logistics, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation to keep projects running smoothly.
- Be curious and solutions-focused – naturally inquisitive, with a drive to improve processes, solve problems, and find smarter ways of working.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications in Human Resources and or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
