We are seeking a creative and strategically minded Content Manager to lead the delivery of the organisation’s communications strategy through high-quality content and strong channel management.
In this role, you will shape and manage the organisation’s voice across owned channels, ensuring communications are clear, credible and consistent. You will translate complex energy and investment concepts into engaging content that builds understanding and trust in the organisation’s role as a new government-backed investor.
You will plan, create and publish content aligned with organisational priorities, managing the day-to-day content calendar and ensuring a steady flow of clear, engaging communications for industry, investors and stakeholders.
You will lead content development from idea to publication, delivering simple design and production in-house while managing external agencies for more complex creative and multimedia work.

About You
You’re a strong storyteller who knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content. You have excellent editorial judgement and take pride in producing communications that are accurate, compelling and easy to understand.
You’re organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities while working closely with colleagues and external partners. You enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts, shaping ideas into strong content, and delivering high-quality communications in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Essential Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in content, digital or communication roles, preferably within complex environments such as energy, infrastructure, finance or government.

Demonstrated experience producing and managing content across owned channels, particularly LinkedIn and websites.

Exceptional writing and editing skills.

Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
