Job Description:

• Provide service management and monitor service quality of outsourcing and insourcing service
• Coordinate related teams to ensure compliance with service level agreement and procedures
• Ensure IT services provided are ISO20000 compliant
• Manage and monitor progress of IT projects
• Manage IT procurement process covering IT hardware, software, and service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in project management / procurement management
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks is preferred
• Experience in Project Management / Procurement Management is preferred
• Process minded, proactive, and agile are an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
