Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers' enquiries and requests related to banking products and services via telephone
  • Deliver quality services to customers through inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above is preferred
  • Relevant working experience in banking / servicing industry is preferable
  • Independent, self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
  • Hands-on PC skills in using MS Office applications and Chinese inputs
  • On-shift duty is required
