Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the overall development strategy and work plan for securities and structured Investment business according to business directions of Personal Banking Product Department of the Bank
  • Develop and implement strategies in the aspect of products, pricing, and service model based on the needs of different customer segments, and closely monitor the business growth and budget control to achieve the business targets
  • Explore business opportunities and establish partnership with strategic investors, service providers, etc., to further enhance product sales and service quality
  • Ensure all business and operation activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, formulate operational policies and procedures of securities & structured investment trading activities, margin financing and other securities & structured investment related activities in accordance with the Bank's strategy and risk management framework
  • Collaborate and communicate well with other units, sales units and other business and supporting units to achieve the desired results.
  • Continuously enhance operation procedures, sales platform and trading channels of the business, pay attention and respond to customer opinions/complaints in a timely manner in order to upkeep the service quality

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Finance Management and other related subject is preferred;
  • Professional certifications in financial management or investment related disciplines such as CFP, CFA, MPF, insurance or HKSI is preferred;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in securities & structured investment, equity financing business, including 5 years of management experience is preferred;
  • Sound knowledge in securities & structured investment, equity financing business and good understanding of market operations
  • Familiar with local regulatory requirements and banking operations, and have a certain understanding of the concepts, principles and monitoring framework of risk management
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with excellent communication skills
