As an In-Room Dining Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- Provide efficient Food & Beverage service, ensuring guest and resident satisfaction is achieved throughout their experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to recognise guest preferences and to act upon them appropriately.
- Ensure a full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and beverage list in order to make recommendations and respond to guest requests.
- Deliver and set up room amenities.
- Assist with minibar procedures where required.
As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and occasional night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful In-Room Dining Waiter candidate, you will have strong communication skills, ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, as well as ability to work under pressure. Good Food & Beverage knowledge is required and prior experience within Food & Beverage is desirable. Barista skills are also a plus.
