Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo is looking for Digital Marketing Manager as below.

 

Experience in Digital Marketing is highly required for the role with the inclusion of the following:

Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

-Analyze metrics and identify trends.

-Improve search engine optimization.

-Management of MO. com, luxury travel network portals, OTAs content, visuals and analytics.

-Enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website and generate sales leads.

-Develop and implement long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques through digital platforms

 

Skills and experiences required

  • English and Japanese language proficiency (Japanese skill preferred)
  • Word, Excel, PPT
  • 2+ years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in marketing in luxury, hospitality or multinational organizations
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, tracking, optimising and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytic tools (Eg Google and Adobe Analytics), SEO/SEM strategies and content management systems
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms and online advertising
  • Deep understanding of hospitality or large global businesses
  • Knowledge of CRM, E-commerce marketing, Social media marketing, Contents marketing, Influencer marketing (preferrable)
  • Project Management skills, including coordination of multiple stakeholders and timeline management.
  • Proactivity to drive continuous improvement
