Responsibilities:
- Handle the administration for Engineering office and contact suppliers, getting quotations, sourcing products and engineering material in the market.
- Supervise the management and daily operation of the engineering store.
- Control the inventory level and turnover.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience in hospitality industry or similar capacity
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Well organized, detail-minded, positive and self-motivated
