Your responsibilities:

• Advising management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Overseeing recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Managing performance evaluations, compensation, and contract changes.
• Handling attendance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and terminations.
• Leading and developing a dedicated HR team to support business goals.
 
 
What We’re Looking For:
 
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional with:
 
• A minimum of four years’ experience as an HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager, or HR Business Partner in a similar environment.
• Hospitality industry experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and approach depending on the audience.
• A logical and detail-oriented mindset with strong numerical skills.
• The ability to work independently and handle complex HR issues with senior management.
• A CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification or a relevant postgraduate degree (MA/MSc in HR Management).
