It is essential that you have at least one years’ experience working in a Casino Cashdesk or Bookmakers. You must have a good understanding of gambling commission and anti-money laundering legislation as well as what constitutes excellent customer service standards.
To work at the Hippodrome, you need to have fluent English language and good IT skills and be:
- Professional, positive and results focused
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Forward thinking and continually looking for innovative ways to improve
- Eighteen years or over
- Eligible to work in the UK
