You’ll be responsible for managing the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expenses and payments, while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is on site working from our Leicester Square office.

Job responsibilities:

    • Ownership of the purchase ledger within Sage 200
    • Manage the Accounts inbox and be the main Finance point of contact with suppliers
    • Process and post invoices to Sage through our automated document management system Sicon
    • Lead and process our mid-month and end of month payment runs
    • Raise other regular and one-off payments for review by the Finance Officer
    • Process staff expenses and credit card statements including posting transactions
    • Build relationships with colleagues across the business to ensure invoices are approved and expense receipts submitted on time
    • Assist with the month end close process including reconciliations and providing reports
    • Complete new credit account forms and update supplier details on Sage
    • Support the annual audit by providing documentation as requested
    • Assist with ad hoc finance tasks, projects and analysis where relevant

    • The ability to be proficient using multiple systems
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

    We would like to see (desirable but not essential):

    • Professional qualifications or studying towards them (AAT or ACCA/CIMA part qualified)
    • At least 1 year experience in a similar or finance related role 
    • Sage 200 experience
    • Available to start in late September
