Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of the Center for Leadership and American Principles (the Center), the Program Specialist serves as the administrative anchor for the Center’s operations. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate administrative needs in a fast-paced environment. The specialist supports the Center’s expanding programs by managing operational workflows, coordinating events, assisting with communications, and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners. This position is funded through September 30, 2028, with potential extension based on funding availability. This role is ideal for candidates with prior administrative experience at a university, or highly motivated individuals who can quickly learn institutional systems and processes to contribute effectively with minimal supervision. |
