  • An outreach-focused role based between Bridgewater and Oatlands, covering the Southern Midlands region.

Uniting is seeking a dedicated team member to support children and families in the Southern Midlands through its Child, Youth and Family programs. This role, funded by Communities for Children, focuses on promoting wellbeing, safety, and resilience by providing direct outreach support to families and facilitating group and community-based programs. If you're passionate about building stronger communities and supporting vulnerable families, we’d love to hear from you.

About you

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in providing targeted  support to parents and families within the Uniting values of compassion, imagination, boldness and respect, building parent skills and knowledge and increasing the safety and  outcomes for children.
