Your new role
We’ve spent the last three years transforming Procurement into a trusted, strategic partner to the business – and now we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join us for the next chapter.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role in a supportive team environment, where you’ll work on meaningful projects with social purpose at their core. You’ll collaborate across Property, Housing, Fleet, and Operations to drive value, reduce risk, and improve outcomes for the people we serve.
You will be responsible for:
- Tendering for key property maintenance categories
- Supporting fleet management services across the organisation
- Partnering with vendors to implement a voucher ordering solution
- Driving social procurement outcomes aligned to our mission
- Delivering commercial outcomes with a consultative, data-driven approach

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
- Demonstrated experience in procurement or commercial roles
- Strong capability in contracting, tendering, stakeholder engagement, and negotiations
- A consultative, service-oriented mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Confident communication skills and experience in presentation and project coordination
- Bachelor degree and/or relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, facilities management, business management or a related discipline
- Experience in property-related procurement, NFP, human services will be highly regarded
