As Sales Enablement Coordinator, you'll support recruitment efforts across domestic undergraduate, postgraduate, lifelong learning, and international markets. Your role will involve delivering essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to inside sales and recruitment teams. You'll ensure teams are equipped with up-to-date tools, CRM systems, training, and product information to engage prospective students effectively. Responsibilities include managing product information and quality assurance, coordinating lead management for recruitment events, maintaining data and reporting systems, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies.
This role reports to the Sales Lead and has no direct reports.
Specific accountabilities for this role include:
- Provide administrative, logistical and operational support to student recruitment representatives across all key audiences to drive high quality lead engagement, including the domestic undergraduate, domestic postgraduate, lifelong learning, and international cohorts.
- Coordinate end-to-end lead management processes across domestic and international recruitment events and activities to support both onshore and offshore Recruitment teams.
- Monitor and support the systems and processes pertaining to the tracking of leads across the pipeline, including from event or activity engagement through to conversion.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads, key contacts and partners, and recruitment engagement activities
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant sales and lead coordination experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative and lead pipeline coordination, preferably in an Inside Sales, sales operations, marketing, or student recruitment environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Experience in data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the student recruitment lifecycle and the higher education sector is desirable.
