The Trailblazer for Recycling and Clean Energy (TRaCE) was awarded to the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and the University of Newcastle (UoN) to boost research and development and drive commercialisation outcomes with industry.
As part of the TRaCE team, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of Major R&D Projects focused on commercialising next-generation climate technologies. Your role will be to ensure compliance with time, cost, and scope requirements, as well as reporting obligations, invoicing, and ad-hoc information requests to help deliver a smooth and positive experience for industry partners and project outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior R&D Portfolio Manager, this role will suit an individual with demonstrated ability to develop and manage contracts and projects effectively, including defining scope and costs, managing progress claims, approving invoices, negotiating contract variations, resolving disputes, and achieving strong commercial outcomes.
Ideal for candidates with a drive to contribute to technology development, administrative and detail-oriented execution excellence and the interpersonal skills to provide quality servicing to UNSW research teams and industry partners.
