JOB SUMMARY:
This role includes providing support to the legal/contracts team by drafting various contract documents, proofing various documents, tracking compliance with contract documents/partnership agreements and researching certain legal related questions. In addition, the role may provide support to other areas of the Creative Legal team such as clearance, business affairs, technology transactions, content protection, master agreements, training and process improvement. The purpose of the role is to gain exposure to the various facets of corporate contracts/legal team in a project environment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft and proof various agreements and contract documents under the direction of Sr. Attorney and Sr. Director of Legal Affairs.
- Assist in compliance tracking and follow up related to an array of matters as needed.
- Research legal related matters as directed by the Sr. Attorney or Sr. Director of Legal Affairs.
- Assist with various department initiatives.
- Assist with other legal related tasks assigned by other legal department leaders.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Juris Doctorate and 2L or higher

- This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
