The university seeks an individual with a strong interest in working at a mission driven, faith-based institution. The Assistant Director coordinates programs and services focusing on social justice, identity exploration, leadership development, empowerment, and changemaking. The Assistant Director collaborates closely to enhance and maintain existing UFMC programs and services, while also leading initiatives that specifically support the Latine and AAPI communities. Due to the evolving nature of our work, this individual will need to have a keen ability to collaborate and implement visionary ways of working. Must be comfortable adjusting work requirements to meet the needs of students and the USD community. Complete work assignments with minimal supervision and have the ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner. $5,720 - 5,863.25 per month; Excellent Benefits The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget. |
