Detailed Description: |
Under the guidance of the Director, Gender Identity Resources and collaborative direction of the Co-Directors, the Associate Director engages the University of San Diego Community in exploring and affirming the unique intersections of each person’s identities. The Associate Director is responsible for the on-going development, administration, and coordination of services for students by affirming the dignity of every person and striving to create a culture of respect and inclusivity, with a focus on supporting the LGBTQ+ Community. The Associate Director serves as a liaison and knowledge expert to the campus community regarding issues of inclusive excellence and education; serves as an advocate for underrepresented and underserved groups with an emphasis on the LGBTQ+ Community; and works to create an inclusive campus environment where all students feel welcomed. Periodically, this position may be asked to lead or contribute to either ad hoc or ongoing division/campus projects outside the scope of their day-to-day activities. Posting Salary: |
$5,720 - 6,250 per month; Excellent Benefits The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget. |
