Job Summary: |
The disciplinary focus for this lectureship is management. The successful candidate will teach a 4-4 load (four sections of introduction to business, organizational behavior, human resource management, or other management-related courses per semester). |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Master’s degree in business or closely related field, and extensive graduate study or professional experience related to management. Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience outside of academia. |
Essential Functions: |
Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. Maintaining an active research agenda or significant professional activities that maintain connection to the management profession. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
Doctoral degree, or significant progress towards a doctoral degree, from an AACSB-accredited school is a plus, but not required. |
