| Job Summary: | The Institute for Global Health and Translational Science (IGHTS) at SUNY Upstate Medical University is looking for a creative and energetic Outreach Manager. The position is responsible for communicating key messages to Institute stakeholders; effective outreach to the regional community; and development of successful subject recruitment strategies for clinical research studies. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, market research, clinical operations/patient engagement, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Experience as a supervisor or team manager. Strong marketing skills, especially in healthcare or biomedical sciences. Experience in the clinical research industry. Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to address competing priorities on time and on budget. Knowledge of Syracuse and Central New York communities and/or plan to gain this knowledge |
