This position provides hands-on assistance with Orientation sessions, including event check-in, preparation, and attendee support. Customer Service Student Assistants help new students navigate the VisualZen Orientation platform, provide accurate information about CSUF and ORO programs, and ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all participants. In addition to event support, this role involves general office responsibilities such as assisting with projects, and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
