Job Summary |
Under general direction, responsible for providing front office customer service to students, faculty, staff, and community members. Provide guidance, information and assistance to students seeking academic internships and service-learning opportunities. Provide information to students on all of the CICE programs. Process necessary data and paperwork related to student placement for academic internships and service-learning. Assist students with CICE processes. Help develop and maintain partner data and internship position information and manage projects. Use customer service and problem-solving skills to respond to customers via email, telephone, and in person. Ability to work as a member of a team and communicate effectively with office staff and administrators. Minimum Qualifications |
Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; familiarity with Microsoft Office programs; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position. |
