Job Summary |
The Prospect Management & Research Student Assistant position entails working in the University Advancement Office at Cal State Fullerton. The department focuses on fundraising and donor relations. We are looking for one student assistant who is detailed-orientated and willing to work 10-20 hours per week. We are looking to start hiring and training as soon as possible and have employment continue throughout the academic school years. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills related to working in an office environment and learning about the behind-the-scenes work that supports Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Fundraising. A good researcher is curious, resourceful, analytical, knowledge-driven, organized, and a good communicator, is this you? Responsibilities:
-Assist with research and create donor bios and profiles
-Assist staff with Data entry & analysis
-Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications |
Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position. |
