    • Position Summary
    • Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant positions available in the College of Business Administration. 

    • Start Date
    • Positions available on or after September 15, 2025 and ending on or before May 22, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.

    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Assist with front office coverage.
      • Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
      • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
      • Address general inquiries about office services, programs, and resources.
      • Assist with filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
      • Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner.
      • Support special projects and events as needed.
      • Assist with running errands to other buildings/departments.
      • Perform all other duties or projects as assigned.
    • Qualifications
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
      • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
      • Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work independently.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn office systems.
      • Previous customer service or office experience is a plus but not required.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying. 
    • Salary Range
    • $16.50 per hour.
