The Inland Empire and Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center is seeking a Program Manager responsible for the design, implementation, management, and performance of a high-impact business growth program serving established small businesses with revenues ranging from $500K to $2M+. This role leads cohort-based programming focused on revenue growth, capital access, operational scaling, and job creation. The Program Manager works directly with entrepreneurs, business advisors, subject matter experts, lenders, and community partners to deliver measurable business outcomes and a high-quality participant experience. This individual will build and manage a scalable program model that can be replicated across multiple regions while advancing economic mobility and community impact.
