Elementary Inclusion Services Lead Inclusion Assistant Director – Summer 2025 in Not Remote

Lead Recreation Inclusion Staff get the chance to create access and opportunity for people with disabilities in our community who have barriers to engaging in our programs. Our staff get to be creative, flexible and have fun while providing support so all people in our community can enjoy the benefits of MSCR programs! We love our staff! All MSCR Recreation Inclusion Staff receive specific Professional Development training geared to working with people with disabilities. We provide ongoing coaching to help grow your skills and offer opportunities to advance. Gain the skills and experience needed to become a Lead Assistant Director for Inclusion Services or a Field Supervisor! We serve locations all over the city and try our best to match staff with their location preference. During summer, MSCR offers the Summer Recreation and Enrichment Centers (SREC), which provides extended programming at the MMSD Summer Semester sites. Additionally, MSCR provides a program called Camp Compass, which provides all day childcare (7:45am-5:30pm). The Lead Inclusion AD is assigned to either one SREC or Camp Compass site depending on skillset and participant need.

Middle School on The Move is an inclusive camp for all. Weekly themes for activities allow campers to choose the sessions that match their interests. Activities related to the week’s theme include afternoon recreational field trips like swimming, paddling, rope courses and visiting local parks.

We are here to cater to ALL experience-level adolescent artists. Staff lead campers through various structured art projects using diverse mediums and techniques.Beyond art, campers engage in enjoyable activities, from entertaining games, to hands-on arts and crafts, and classic camp pastimes. We believe in providing a comprehensive experience beyond the basics of drawing. Our unique approach includes immersive field trips, exposing campers to diverse art forms such as theater, dance, pottery and more. We strive to broaden their understanding of art, fostering an appreciation for its many facets. Join us as we embark on a creative adventure, where each camper discovers the expansive world of artistic expression.
