Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or other content related field - 2 years of teaching experience with K-8 students preferred. Student teaching experience will be considered. - Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging content to elementary school students is preferred. - Energetic approach to learning - Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff - Experience meeting the needs of all students - Respect for individual differences and individuality. |

Position Summary/Job Duties: |
Instructor for Gross Biology course for the Growing Early Minds program. Program dates are June 16-20, 2025. The instructor for this course will be tasked with designing and teaching a one week course (approx. 15 instructional hours) for students in grades 2-4. Instructors can expect to work with a class size of up to 12 elementary school students. Course description listed below: |
