Qualifications: |
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old • High School Diploma • Energetic approach to learning • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff • Respect for individual differences and individuality • Experience working with middle school-aged students |

• Must be comfortable problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment. |
Position Summary/Job Duties: |
Group Leaders for the STEP Middle school program are hired to provide students with enhanced learning opportunities both in the classroom and during the programming day and are chosen for their experience working with children, an interest in the specific class topic, and an expressed interest to work with Badger Precollege. |
Physical Demands: |
Group Leaders will run activities and could supervise students on field trips throughout the UW campus. This can involve a substantial amount of movement at those times. |
