Qualifications: |
Qualifications: • Must be enrolled as a graduate student at UW-Madison • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working one-on-one and following detailed instructions • Familiarity with accessibility tools and/or willingness to learn • Reliability and discretion are essential Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in administrative support • Strong computer skills THIS IS A YEAR-ROUND POSITION. |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
Graduate student with prior office experience, proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets, problem-solving ability, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently. |
Position Summary/Job Duties: |
• Assist with reading, organizing, and responding to email and written correspondence |
Physical Demands: |
Sedentary work. Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. |
