Our office is open 8a-4:30p Monday through Friday. Schedules are flexible between those hours.

Qualifications:

A candidate qualified for this position will:
- Be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Be interested in business
- Have an interest in the intersections between business and law
- Have some background in business, accounting, or investments
- Be receptive of feedback in a collaborative workspace

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Skilled with Google Suite Products
- Proficient with Spreadsheets
- Knowledge about stocks, investments, and offerings in the private sphere
- Fluency with Windows operating systems
- Ability to read and comprehend regulations regarding financial transactions

Position Summary/Job Duties:

This position is an opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to assist firm management in building, managing, and executing private offerings and other programs that build firm capital, and will assist in maintaining regulation D compliance.
