Department Overview: |
The Traffic Operations Safety (TOPS) Lab is part of the Department of Civil and Environmental engineering (CEE) and is a comprehensive state-of-the-art program spanning many elements of transportation research and development. The TOPS Lab is the focal point of traffic operations and safety research at UW-Madison and works closely with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) on a variety of system development and data management projects. This position will support the TOPS Lab computer needs. |

Position Summary/Job Duties: |
This position will learn how to manage and create accounts for the TOPS Lab WisTansportal web portal (https://transportal.cee.wisc.edu). This requires daily monitoring and attention to email requests. |
Physical Demands: |
Be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to get down on the floor to move and connect up computers. |
