Department Overview: |
The Quality Improvement with Data (QID) group conducts research to improve long-term care and other health systems through the development of information and decision support systems and dissemination and implementation of quality improvement measurement and support systems. Our projects have website components, and this position supports these websites, users and provides administrative support and coverage for the helpdesks and the research team. Primary responsibilities will be customer service through email and phone coverage for website helpdesks, organization, data entry and clerical research support. |

Schedule: |
Student Helpdesk coverage is needed Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm, coverage is shared by multiple students, working around your class schedules during the semester, with opportunities for increased hours during school breaks. Each position will be 10-30 hours per week, preferably at least 2 or 3 days per week. These positions are for year-round coverage, including UW Summers, Winter and Spring Breaks. |
