Qualifications: |
-Understand and abide by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) -Must be Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant before starting. -Obtain American Red Cross or American Heart Association Certification in Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED, and First Aid within 30 days of employment. -Ability to work throughout all hours of facility operations including mornings, nights and weekends. -Ability to balance academic and job responsibilities. -Attend all trainings and meetings. |

Position Summary/Job Duties: |
-Assist members with professional etiquette on the phone, online chat or in person about aspects of the facilities, programs and services. |

Must be able to assist in an emergency situation. |
