Housed in the School of Medicine and Public Health’s (SMPH) Office of Strategic Communications, the Wisconsin Medical Journal is a peer-reviewed, indexed journal owned jointly by SMPH and the Medical College of Wisconsin. It publishes original research, case reports, review articles, brief reports and essays about current medical and public health issues. |

Qualifications: |
The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, editing and social media skills, be interested in health sciences and have a desire to learn about academic publishing. A great work ethic and willingness to do both creative and routine tasks are required. |

• Assist managing editor with editorial duties as needed, including manuscript management and incorporation of digital object identifier (DOI) system |
