Schedule: |
The ideal candidate will be available to work every Thursday afternoon in the semester, from 3:00-4:30 to manage set-up for our weekly seminar receptions. Other hours for the week can be scheduled around classes as needed, but within normal workday hours of 8:00 - 4:30. |

Position Summary/Job Duties: |
The Department of Bacteriology is seeking student to assist with various administrative tasks and projects. The person in this position assists with business operations related to accounting, event management, human resources. Tasks could include ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies, reconciling expenses and other basic accounting support, as well as setting up receptions for weekly seminars. You will also be conducting other basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and running errands. Student will work with department staff on miscellaneous projects, including outreach and event planning as needed. |
